TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMMISSIONS
1. all orders must be placed through the commission form.
2. the monthly commission slots are limited, and will be filled by order of payment confirmation. the waiting line will also be filled following this order.
3. communication with the client will be conducted through e-mail only.
4. all received orders will be analyzed and may or may not be executed, depending on compatibility with my doll making technique and availability on the agenda. if the proposal is viable, a price quote of the total value of the order (price of the doll + shipping cost) will be sent to the e-mail indicated by the client in the form, within 2 days, as well as the approximate time of production of the requested doll.
5. in case the client wishes to proceed with the purchase, they must reply to the quote e-mail confirming their commission. after this confirmation, a payment link will be created and sent by e-mail as well. if all monthly slots are already taken, the client may opt to hold their place on the waiting line by leaving the order previously paid.
6. the payment will be made via payment link (PayPal), and the link will stay active for 1 day.
7. the production of the commissioned doll will only begin after payment. the client will be informed about the payment approval as well as the beginning of production. for orders in the waiting line, the production will only begin once all previous commissions have been finished.
8. the production time of each piece will depend on the order’s level of complexity: at least three weeks for low complexity dolls, at least four weeks for medium complexity dolls, and at least five weeks for high complexity dolls.
9. the doll will be made following the information and images presented on the form. it is the client’s duty to provide all the necessary specifications for a better understanding of the request.
10. once the payment is approved, i’ll make a sketch/blueprint of the doll based on the form’s data. the blueprint will be sent by e-mail, and the client, if desired, will have up to two days to ask for any small changes to the doll’s appearance, without deviating from the pre-established request. after the two-day period, if there’s no response, the production of the doll will continue normally, according to the blueprint. in case the client wishes to make drastic changes that go beyond what was initially commissioned, an extra amount will be charged accordingly.
11. the chosen characters, fictional or not, will be recreated exclusively in my version. all dolls will be made following my own technique and artstyle, without exceptions.
12. the height of the dolls is defined in relation to the height of the portrayed characters. this measurement is stipulated by me, and has no influence on the doll’s price. the sizes vary between 10cm and 20cm approximately.
13. once finished, the doll cannot be modified.
14. the colors of the final piece may differ slightly in relation to the commissioned character’s overall color palette, considering the restriction of color and shade variety of fabrics, threads and other materials available for my use.
15. the packaged doll will be mailed to the address/recipient informed on the form, and the tracking number will be sent to the client via e-mail. the delivery time of the package is not included in the time of production of the doll.
16. once shipped, the package becomes full responsibility of the post office.
17. import duties and VATs are not included in the commission’s price. the package may be subjected to custom fees and import taxes depending on the destination country.
18. there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
